Most of the day the asks on the BATS & ARCA have been showing large (50,000+) offerings and when just a few are BOT these large offerings disappear - they don't raise the price - they just go away. Someone is trying to keep the SP down and it's not working and shows they don't want to truly sell, but rather play games in an effort to keep the price down. This fishing it illegal by the way, but the SEC is inept.
