I know this company in the past has a spotty reputation at the very best when it comes to releasing news ..., but given the overall definitiveness by RF as to a timeline and I'm sure the punctuality of the Chinese.. why is everyone so bearish, from a newbie's perspective, as to a PR being released before the aforementioned July, 30th deadline?

Is it that everyone is just very long here and just doesn't wish to speculate that news might come earlier rather than later?

I would think that if management is interested in renewing shareholder trust at all.. that they would release news of the JV on time or early. I mean having a PR come out several days to a week before the deadline would in my opinion be such an easy way to restore a little faith.
