Individual Chinese Companies didn't come up with the idea of investing 100's and 100's of Billions of $$$ all over the world - in is The Peoples Republic of China that is advancing this strategy in order to keep the massive growth moving forward and they're doing it with $USD because they know of the loss of value that is coming due to the USA overspending and massive borrowing. Their strategy is that commodities will be more valuable than $USD will be. I and many others agree.
