on a sidenote, you do realize LC has the exact same legal issues as GRZ right? why is it ok for the chinese to get involved with LC but not LB? both are currently the point of icsid arbitration cases?

and what does anyone care if there is a case pending? that's hugo's problem, not the contractors?
