...(and you know who you are) want to volunteer to read\study all 1500+ pages of the negotiated JV ahead of the August shareholder vote and offer an opinion? Thanks in advance.

PS: It's hard to believe that the Constitution of the United States is 6 pages long (4 pages in its' original format). I guess that's progress.
