Flash, the "it's Venezuela" can't be used in this case. Kry has already said Vz looks very favourably on this arrangement, so this first stepping stone agreement is between kry and crrc. Apparently everything has been on track and running smooth up to this point. If these two miss this date it is not a good sign imo as it could show the same traits as dealing with Vz shows. We'll see if kry and crrc have thier act together.

"it's Venezuela" comes into play regarding permit issuance.
