I happened to catch this article on Yahoo news this morning. It's bearish on Gold. Obviously, this guy would disagree with the likes of Peter Schiff, Jim Sinclair, Jim Willie, etc. etc.

I guess my point is that it's interesting to me that we always get people that support different sides of the outlook, and support it strongly. A good parallel is Peter Schiff (among others) who was on TV in 2006 saying the US was headed for a hit, and almost got laughed off the stage. Guess who's laughing now? So I wonder what numbers this guy from Mellon Bank is looking at that tell him gold (and oil) are headed lower. I hope he's not just staring at a chart, although that's what the article seems to indicate.
Anyway, thought I'd throw this out there for your research/comments. Just trying to stimulate some conversation while we all wait in agony over some news.
