By all accounts the JV deal is over 1500? pages of complex legal language. Presuming this is 'done 'n dusted'....how could the market be expected to instantly digest the value of the deal when announced?

I just had a brain storm. The market will take time to digest this information. Share price will react gradually with the ultimate amplitude of positive bias (ignoring the negative scenario for the time being) contingent upon receipt of the permit.

I stand by my original prediction of fitty cents if\when the joint venture deal is announced. Hell...I'd bet my left nut on it (again).
