I doubt that any announcement would come Monday but Today after the close is the same thing in effect.

There was a lot of talk about getting the information out to the shareholders quickly because of rules for discloseure before a shareholder vote. I have been led (from what I read) to believe that the Vennies are interested in getting this going quickly, the Chinese have a financial plan for Venezuela to implement quickly, etc.

I think these parties have had plenty time to work things out. Figuring out why they got to 1500 pages from the initial framework proposal should be interesting and it reminds me of Congress- Are we going to be able to read it before we vote on it?
