I'm with you... , but I really dont give a rat's culo when they announce it as long as it's positive and before the shareholders meeting.

Is the date of the shareholders meeting carved in stone? Can it be moved. Isn't there a 20 day (or thereabouts) window required before the dissemination of voting information to shareholders and the shareholder meeting?
