One of the things management is supposed to do is try and maximize shareholder value... EZ way to do this is by having timely PR's (ie when you imply they will be out), and timing them in a market friendly fashion (ie when the markets are up and GLD is up and we have a long weekend to let news circulate)..

why is it that every company I seemingly invest in.. the management is related to an ostrich somehow.
