Yes I am saying it figures into the mix, Hugo is def temper/mental instable.

Look at times in the last few days we have had substantial amount of no bids, lots of bids, no asks, tons of asks etc. and wonder why the price really does not move? The Volume has been low so the PPS is manageable.

Any announcement definetly would cause volitility so it would behoove some to handle this with gloves until it is really a done deal. I just expect that things follow the schedule laid out a month ago, a simple announcement of an agreement to be voted upon and this would cause the least volitility if Chavez's temperment is still a factor.

Look to the last hour trade and then the last fifteen minutes for a clue. 1.5 hours to go into the weekend...................
