The volume is stagnant to make Hugo happy?

Volume is just the result of buying and selling. Yes! Absurd is a good word for this and this Company has been very careful with Chavez so it makes sense to me that this continues. Lets wait and see, be patient, I still am. Dont get in a gruff maybe we will all be laughing by this time next week.
