Many of you have stated this in differing ways - I totally agree. If memory serves, Fung stated with the JV announcement the talks, inquiry, negotiations ahve been ongoing for approx 9 months. Over 9 months the parties are not just having lunch and making nice.I'm confident all these elements were already in contract before the $2.5MM investment. Best guess is that all or most of these elements will be answered between the Finalization of the JV and the Shareholder vote. The delayed finalization is more than likely due to the lengthy contract and not about CRRC trying to get a better average price for a few cents with 10's of Billion$ hanging in the balance.
