If China has the political clout and Fung has the management skills as advertised, the permit approval will be publically confirmed before the shareholders meeting. Real people who have lost fortunes, spouses & health...some over a period of more than a decade investing in this stock deserve that.

It is about time that common investors in KRY are shown some respect. At this point, the market is looking for an injection of transparency, truth and trust....not another permit carrot dangling at the end of a string.
