Hi Paul. I am advised, termination and/or expiration of the initial agreement with CREC/CRRC would be a reportable event that would not require partner review and approval and thus would be (done) in a timely manner. With that in mind, I am also advised that CREC/CRRC and Crystallex are working together diligently on all the required steps to complete the transaction outlined in the Crystallex June 7th news release.
