RM states that if the deal has not been extended, that is a "material event" reportable item....

but if the deal has been extended then he should be able to tell investors.."yes, the deal is extended"....because that is not a "material event" that needs to wait for a pr...so richard should feel legally comfortable saying "yes, the deal is extended" and not have to worry about someone suing him....

you can't have it both ways.... and there is a time limit...

anybody want to bet a bagel on when we get news?
