stu, i'm guessing richard has had 100 calls/emails asking the exact same thing and has'nt answered 1 directly...

i dont think he knows how to answer it...yet..

we're into some serious legal ground regardless of what folks here have said and i dont think anybody wants that set on thier doorstep...

there are three solid answers here....and very soon, one of them will be the answer.

- the deal is extended

- the deal is dead

- the deal is completed

everything else is deflection or misdirection...
