Someone on SH has said that July 31 was the expiration of the "exclusivity period" for CRRC after which KRY can pursue a JV with another company if they choose to. It would not stop ongoing negotiations and if things are proceeding smoothly there would be no incentive to do so. Any thoughts on this?
