Think about it: CRRC is huge, and things probably don't move along incredibly fast as a rule (big companies are just like that). Slogging through a 1500 page document that establishes a JV, with a Canadian company, in VZ, in two different languages (maybe three if they have to do it in Spanish too) will take time and I would imagine they are going over everything with an electron scanning microscope. Yes, I'm getting ansty to hear something too, but I doubt CRRC or KRY is going to bow to the whims of me, or this board. So in the absence of hearing that the agreement has fallen apart, I think we have to be satisfied that silence is golden for now.

I believe we will get an announcement with the earnings announcement, IMO.
