Gartman is really an arrogant shill for "The Man". He is always 'flip-flopping' on his gold calls....and everytime he offers an opinion on gold he prefaces it with the following (paraphrased) statement:

"I do not like to be long of gold and I do not like people who are long of gold"

What purpose does this qualifying statement serve? Gold is simply an investment like any other. It has no emotion. It's not like buying stock in a cigarette company or arms company that traffic in products that hurt people. Further...the founding fathers deemed gold to be the constitutional coin of the realm because they knew what happened when control of the money supply was handed over to the banks. It's obvious whose side Gartman is on. What an A-hole.
