Regardless of what we would all like to know, we will get the announcement when the JV is done.

There is a confidentiality agreement between the parties (dated Feb 15, 2010) that limits public discussion, likely much more so than the public announcements clause of the Binding Primary Agreement. All the calls and emails in the world to Richard will not change that.

Hopefully, everyone can find something to do until the deal is done.
