Public disclosure is dependent not on the JV home site, but rather on the requirements of exchanges where Crystallex is traded.

Crystallex will have to disclose material information just as it does now, which at times doesn't seem like much or often. Hey maybe we'll change our listing to the Shanghai Exchange. LOL
