On NYSE - Going into the noon hour and KRY sp somewhat flat. Volume slowing with almost 450k in volume at this time. Someone just committed to 25k of the volume at noon. Bid 0.3860 - Ask 0.3880. Bid shows large block at 0.3800. Ask shows large block at 0.3883. Maybe a few more lunchtime martinis needed...

S&P500 likes Obama's optimistic talk, about 15min before noon, on $26B handout - giving slight bump up into lunch. Russell2k (small cap and specs) seeing downside about double than the rest of the market. CNBC now saying Market has Eight Red for One Green, even with the little bit of upside we are seeing with Obama's talk.

Gold down with the Market. However, the GLD 15min OBV (slightly flat since Obama talk) is showing a bunch of accumulation since Market open. Might see a pop at 2pm, unless it is already priced in.
