EZ, I too first thought that VZ was not involved with this agreement as it seemed that it was just based on the partnership and the negotiations for the permit and transfer of the MOC were to take place after the agreement.

From what I understand these negotiations began a while ago and also understand the initial agreement from June 7 is what kicked it off to a start if not before. So yes VZ is involved in this process we are waiting for right now IMO.

It would be a nice surprise to see our announcement include the permit and the transfer of the MOC all wrapped up in one package for the shareholders to vote on and wrap up the deal in one fell swoop.
