BMH, thank you for your time and the info today. i appreciate it. i'm curious about the "new entities being set up" but that's not the part that's bugging me...i'm really trying hard to look at kry objectively but it's difficult given past experience. i was hoping someone would bring these items up so i would'nt have to be the "doubting thomas" yet again...but they hav'nt, so i will, because i'd like an answer that makes sense to me...

can someone explain why: from RM- "KRY doesn't care about the gold sale law. The key again is to obtain a currancy exchange license"

with the currency exchange factors and laws that come into play in venezuela, i really dont understand it? venezuela has supposedly been trying to "unify" gold mining laws countrywide for the past few years....why does it make/break rusoro, but does'nt matter to us? it seems to me that being able to sell gold outside of venezuela is a better deal than getting raped on venezuelas "huggy bear exchange rate"...unless the "currency exchange license" lets us exchange at closer to the real (black market) rate....either that or mngt figures by the time we produce the deal will change anyway...

any ideas?
