Just had a pleasant conversation with RM. There are NO BUSINESS ISSUES holding this thing up---only procedural issues. That great news. VZ has no fault in these delays. Neither KRY or China was set up struturally to handle this transaction and so new entities have had to be created. The damn attornies told KRY they could have this thing done by July 30 and they were wrong. The homework assignment was bigger than anticipated. You have multiple jurisdictions, time zones, and languages. China has bi-lateral agreements with VZ that will serve as great protection. The mailing, when it comes, will probably be expedited. The requirement is 20 calendar days----not 20 business days. But the vote will probably be set some 25 days from the mailing. RM wasn't happy when they put timelines in the original PR. KRY doesn't care about the gold sale law. The key again is to obtain a currancy exchange license. The key here is patience. After 4 years of KRY I have none. Q2 more than likely will be Monday.
