Like I said to Steeler, Vz has screwed us over. The market doesn't believe much of anything Kry says, but certainly pays attention to the demonstrated Vz factor as of late ( share price?), that has the power to dictate where this goes.

I don't think Management can much affect the price unless Vz comes out with something concrete and backed up with something officially signed off. Even then , Chavez walks his own path. Buyer beware
