Couldn't agree with you more. There would be no point in issuing vacuous statements when nothing much has happened, month after month. KRY has never been in "control" of LC.

And it's not really in control now - we have a 1/3 interest in a JV - 2/3 trumps 1/3. And, unfortunately, our partner is a essentially a sovereign state, with a history of keeping EVERYTHING close to the vest; not a Goldcorp type of entity.
