Mark, your way off base. My reply was to Jacki who posted "If this statement had been emailed to shareholders at least a week ago, there would have been far less angst among shareholders." To me Kry has more important things to do besides sending out emails to shareholders (if they have your address) telling everyone that they working hard to complete the agreement as outlined in the June 7th PR. That is basically the information you received from Andrea. It also the same info I received as did everyone else.

I certainly wasn't bashing you or anyone. All I was suggesting is that information is always available by contacting RM or Andrea but don't expect to get a different answer to the same question others have asked.

If you want to ask personally then do so. I like others always appreciate any information that comes along from Kry.

Like I said earlier we all need to relax and wait. If there is a better option I'm all for hearing it.
