after the tax gain for kry's $400mil carried interest and equipment, i'd bet crrc could buy kry for $500mil and be at a break even right off the bat....rename the company communex and start mining....it does'nt do us a lot of good (maybe we could see a buck) but the longer they drag this out the better for china...

it could come down to "sell out cheap" or face BK....
