GW, I agree. The smart money is factoring an huge risk discount at this point and Venezuela is a big part of that risk, but I also see the JV , permit , and currency exchange / gold sale law as risk factors they are considering too. Once these milestones are passed and the situation is less complex, the valuation might change to reflect that.

I really don't expect a buyout, not until the JV is actually mining and KRY is showing a positive cash flow, but that's only my personal opinion.
