All you oldtimers worried about this recent delay can't have forgotten already. There has to be work done by VZ bureaucrats., since the CVG is involved.....you just have to know what that means. No amount of Chinese currency or nudging is going to speed the work up to western or even Chinese standards. They are the 'rate determining step' and we're stuck with it.
