I've watched enough episodes of "The Dog Whisperer" to know that the first thing you do when your dog craps on the floor is to say "NO! BAD DOG!" and then whack him in the face with a newspaper before pushing his nose in it. Even the lazy, incompetent, corrupt idiots in Venezuela will learn not to crap on the floor once their nostrils are packed with feces.
