Your optimism is amazing EZ. But I have to say I don't feel more relaxed because RM said there are no real problems, only paperwork. He also said that about the permit that never came.

Also, I had to laugh out loud when you wrote: We know far more about dealing with the Venezuelans.........(than the Chinese).

What KRY knows about dealing with the Venezuelans you could put into a tea cup!
