I think this deal will get done Kent (hopefully by mid October). I just think there may be more going on behind the scenes than we are aware of with respect to the delay. Logic tells me this thing has to go thru. The only reason I use the "L" word in the same sentence with Venezuela is because China is going to force feed better business practices to the Venezuelans whether they like it or not. I guess that is worth the price of admission.
