The second is no_bear's answer. I based my recent post on the first sentence of his answer. He does go on to say that further negotiations will establish more precisely what kind of reimbursement KRY will get for past expenses.

I do believe that if it was clear that we were going to be properly reimbursed for our 500 million dollar investment in LC that the SP would be much, much higher right now. I also accept that if we do get reimbursed properly that we will go much higher in the future.
