DUH!!! Just realized I am so far away from 2nd grade arithmetic!!!! My numbers divided the gold value down to our third, and forgot to divide the shares down to 1/3 as well.

That would give me more like $11.7 at $2000/oz and $7+ at current pricing/0z.

Do these numbers make sense to anyone else? And how would it influence share pricing once the deal is done and once the mine is open and producing?
