Before we get too caught up with deja vu, it should be noted that the "complicated" contractual relationship between the Chinese and us was eventually sealed. Whether or not the extended wait was due to the complexity of the contract or Chavez's indecision who knows. Probably it was a combination of both.
The early optimism originally expressed by Fung and reported by Teutracker was undone because Chavez did a 180. That doesn't change the fact that it took longer than anticipated to finalize the contract.
In this situation, Teutracker and NZranger have both reported from independent sources, other than Fung, that everything is still on track.
That it is taking longer than anticipated even though disconcerting does not equate the two events.
Having said that, I am not a happy camper but am not going anywhere.
