Minister of the Popular Power for the Planning and Finanzas, Jorge Giordani, participates in China in the second round of meetings between the consultants of planning of the Development bank of the Asian country and the National Commission of Desarrollo and the Reformation. Accompanied by the ambassador of Venezuela in China, Maneiro Dew, and by members of his delegation, minister Giordani will be in that nation until today Monday. There he has maintained encounter with the Chinese ministers of Planning, Zhang Ping, and of Finances, Xie Xuren; as well as with the president and the managers of the Popular development banks and, among others authorities of the Chinese government.

The intention of the encounter is to deepen the bilateral cooperation and to review the subjects related to the integral planning of the Venezuelan development in the agriculture areas, electricity, mining, industry and financing, reviews an official notice of press of the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Planning and Finances.

The agenda includes a meeting of work with the vicedirector of the National School of Administration of China, Wei Liqun, with that signed in August of 2009 memorando of understanding of cooperation for the qualification in the matter of formation of officials a government.

The delegation that accompanies minister Giordani is integrated by the vice-ministers of Agriculture, Danixce Aponte; of Petrochemical, Asdrúbal Chávez; of Mines, Iván Hernandez; and of Intermediate Science, Technology and Industries, Yuri Pimentel.

Also they traveled the president of the Economic and Social Development bank of Venezuela (Bandes), Edmée Betancourt, among others. AVN
