The avg vol will be different depending on the length of time used. My STOCKCHARTS reflects 833,000 for a 4 month period. A 3 month period would show higher avg volume because of the 6/7/10 JV announcement with 20million shares that day which will skew to averge higher. Ultimately it's your interpretation of the numbers.
