MM's dicking around?

I see there are still lots of buys and sells going through at 100 and 200 share increments, and that's OK if they come in big bunches- But one at a time? You have to figure someone is gameplaying. I love watching when there is a large buy order that raises the price and then a 100 share order comes in to drop it down and paints the whole previous buy over with red. It's been said many times before no retail are making 40 and 80 dollar buys / sells and paying a commision on top. Why Canada had most of the action today is just another confusing fact. Like CJR said "Someone in Frankfurt must know something"
