Good question CJR, one would think there will be an entity (BOD) that controls the partnership. One would think that BOD would be comprised of both CRRC and KRY members. How that BOD would handle public information will be interesting. As I have posted here before CREC seems to post public information daily to their site of the goings on of the company....ie 7 news items just yesterday.
