Shareholder Process

Does anyone have a handle on specifically what this means?

1. Mailings and shareholder vote is not anticipated until 4th quarter.

2. Mailings should not be anticipated until September 10th or after with the vote being at least 20 days afterward (required minimum days), which would be the very beginning of the 4th quarter.

"It is now anticipated that the shareholder process and closing will take place in the 4th quarter 2010."
