Reporting sales should be a deterrent...but it's not to some. Because people still do it and are caught doing it all the time. And I believe this resides in the OSC's hands and not the SEC. I'm not sure if they are more or less strict north of the border. And I'm quite sure it's been reported. Whether or not they will or have investigated is not known to me. But logic tells you it smells. Plain and simple. Not to mention the permit denial letter was dated like 2 weeks prior to its release to the public. I'm sorry, but I can't give the benefit of the doubt to mgmt on every issue like you do.
