As good as any idea. It sure can't be "paperwork" still.

We still don't have the definition of "shareholder process". According to the Q2 filing, we hear nothing until Q4.

We should have the A&F signed and the shareholder vote completed and waiting maybe another week for the closing. Instead we are to believe "paperwork".
