I have inquired and did not get a straight answer.

Management gave specific dates and missed. Then, in the Q2 filing new terminology was introduced and when asked specifically could not or would not add clarification. Basically they punted.

I believe their is "more" to this movie than they are willing or able to admit. Either good news but can't move forward because of a confidentiality agreement or "we have not been informed of any........and everything is in good standing"

We certainly aren't waiting on the A&F paperwork.

Of course, this is just my opinion.
