To work of joint form in the pursuit of the chain of production, extraction and commercialization of metallic minerals and metalists and not to activate a national plan for the certification of their deposits, were conclusions at which it was arrived during the celebration of a mining cabinet headed by the holder of the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam), Jose Khan. During the meeting, which it attended the vice-minister of Mines, Iván Hernandez; representatives of the Central bank of Venezuela (BCV), CVG Minerven, CVG Tecmin, Ingeomin, the Interior of the state Bolivar, Mission To cheep, Defense Mining, Venrus and National the Minera company, a series of action settled down to follow short and medium term in order to give fulfillment of joint form to the policy of State for the defense of our productive sovereignty in the mining area.

The holder of the Mibam, Jose Khan, explained that a plan of joint work has consolidated to give fulfillment to the national mining policy with the purpose of to position it like an alternative source against the oil entrance, which includes strategic alliances and the operative contract activation.

Between the immediate actions is the accomplishment of a national study that allows to update and to certify the metallic mineral deposits and nonmetalists.

Technicians of Ingeomin and Tecmin

The work will be carried out by technicians of National Institute of Geology and Mining of Venezuela (Ingeomin) and CVG Tecmin and esteem that could be realised in a maximum period of three years.

This study will nourish of the sectorial plans that will be being been executing by region, beginning by the state Bolivar, with the certification of the gold deposits, makes shine like diamonds, iron and kaolin.

The installation of the first mining cabinet was propitious so that the representatives of the BCV presented the reaches decree 34,485, effective from the 11 of August of this year, in which the norms settle down on the Regime of Gold Commercialization and its Alloys.

Also, one remembered that civil servants the Mibam, Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG), Mining BCV and Defense, they will update and unify the data base of the transforming sector of gold in order to exert action of joint control, which will allow to be more effective in the application of the law.

It industrializes the process

The holder of the Mibam explained that it is an objective of the Bolivariano Government for industrializing the process of auriferous extraction. “We have offered technical advising to the small miners who carry out of artisan form this activity and thus to avoid that they continue causing serious damages to the atmosphere”, aimed.

Khan recognized that in the Mibam an arduous work with regard to the Plan is becoming of Mining Reconversion. For it pursuit to the main needs has become of this population in the matter of health, education, house, among others.

Also, it maintained that one has become jumbled of direct form the competent organisms to activate measures that allow to offer to the families quality of life like main incentive.

The meetings of the mining cabinet will be realised of periodic form in order to make pursuit to the plan of work and to evaluate of permanent form the joint execution of combat operations established by the organisms involved in the mining area. AVN
