EZ you are 100% correct. Since I've owned this stock for 12 years the only thing I CAN believe at this point is concrete verifiable proof. Not assurances, not predictions, not promises, and not speculation.

If the deal is done; permit signed sealed and delivered, I will then allow myself to have the optimism that you enjoy.

I think I can speak for many shareholders when I write KRY has over promised and under delivered so many times that the optimism has been drained out of me.

I await to be rewarded for my investment and patience.
