it does'nt look to me that crrc can convert to shares (because shareholder approval cant be done by the 10th)...but kry can convert them after the 10th..

i wonder if the date was changed because it would have posed a legal issue to convert shares after the JV was complete?? i.e. "move the date up so kry can give crrc their shares, then complete the JV"?

strange....

also, was'nt the $2500# suppose to be some kind of typo for $2,500,000?? seems like kind of an important # to screw up in a reg report...especially twice in a row...no wonder these things take forever...
